Finland’s state-controlled gaming operator Veikkaus has signed a new two-year sponsorship agreement with the Football Association of Finland, incorporating the national team, premier division Veikkausliiga, and first and second division leagues.
The agreement signed this week will see additional funds directed towards the development of men’s and women’s football in Finland, a sport which has been increasing in popularity amongst Finns in recent years.
