Jockey Kirsty Milczarek has won an appeal against a two-year riding ban issued by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) last year as part of its investigation into alleged corruption in British horse racing.
Last December the BHA charged eleven people for serious breaches of its rules, including four jockeys. The eleven-day enquiry focused on the running and lay betting on horses in ten races that took place between January and August 2009.
