Australian gaming supplier Aristocrat Leisure has appointed former Multimedia Games CEO Patrick Ramsey to the role of chief digital officer.

Ramsey replaces Craig Billings who has resigned to pursue other opportunities and will leave the business at the end of September 2015.

Ramsey’s appointment is effective January 1st 2016 at the expiration of his non-compete obligations, and is subject to regulatory approval. He was previously president and CEO for US games supplier Multimedia Games, which was acquired by Global Cash Access in December of last year.
