Pala Interactive, the California-based gaming business backed by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, has selected Central Account Management System (CAMS) to provide a range of age and ID verification technology to support its future launch in the US online gaming market.

CAMS will supply Pala Interactive with solutions covering Know Your Customer services and fraud management solutions, with its products designed to help companies reduce risk, comply with legislation and increase profitability.

CAMS chief executive Matthew Katz commented that its latest deal, following partnerships with payment processor Kalixa, games manufacturer Aristocrat Technologies and the Nevada-based Ultimate Gaming, “further validates the CAMS model for gambling operators.”

“Pala Interactive's decision to utilize the age and ID verification solutions of our product suite underscores Pala Interactive's commitment toward providing a safe and secure online gambling environment and we are proud to be working with them,” Katz explained.

CAMS also provides a range of geolocation solutions, although Pala Interactive has already agreed a deal to work with GeoComply for player location verification services in the US.

Pala Interactive chief executive Jim Ryan said that CAMS provides a “best in class” age verification solution, alongside extensive industry experience.
