Denmark’s state-owned gaming operator Danske Spil is launching a new player identification system that will allow it to monitor all bets placed at retail locations.
The new player card is expected to roll out in early 2020 for use across Danske Spil’s network of 3,000 retail points of sale, including betting kiosks, and is designed to prevent underage gambling and money laundering.
