London-listed Stride Gaming has moved into the Indian skill gaming market with a deal to acquire a 51 per cent stake in rummy-focused operator Passion Gaming.
The operator has paid US$3.75m for the stake, noting that the deal fits with its long-term strategy of expanding into new growth markets and diversifying its iGaming product portfolio.
