Curaçao-based gaming operator Bluemay Enterprises NV has seen its appeal against a six-figure fine handed down by Dutch gaming regulator the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) rejected.
This brings to an end a process dating back to 2014, when Bluemay was first hit with a €180,000 penalty for illegally targeting players in the Netherlands.
