A poster promoting Tatts Group's sports betting brand UBet has been found to have breached the Australian Wagering Code after the country's Advertising Standards Board (ASB) ruled that the ad encouraged unhealthy gambling behaviour.

The UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has banned an ad for Annexio-powered lottery betting operator World Lottery Club which imitated a news report to advertise a lottery draw, without making clear its commercial intent.

The Industry Group for Responsible Gambling has strengthened its Industry Code to ensure that marketing affiliates representing gambling operators are compliant with the Code.
