Dutch gambling regulator the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has hit operators ONISAC Ltd and Mansion Online Casino with a large fine for operating an unlicensed, Netherlands-facing gaming site.
The KSA has fined the regulators, who operate under the same Gibraltar license, €150,000 for operating the Dutch-language site Casino.com.
The regulator explained that from June 2012 to August 2013, the site targeted the Dutch market, offering native customer service and allowed users to pay using the Dutch payment service iDeal. [...]
