New York-listed TV broadcaster Sinclair Broadcast Group has agreed a deal to acquire 21 regional sports networks from The Walt Disney Company for $10.6bn.
The definitive agreement sees Sinclair acquire the equity interests in 21 regional sports networks (RSN) and Fox College Sports, which were acquired by Disney in its recent $71bn acquisition of Twenty-First Century Fox.
