Betclic Everest Group subsidiary bet-at-home.com has named CRM chief Alexander Aigner as its new marketing director following an internal restructuring.
Aigner has taken charge of the operator's marketing department following its integration with the already-merged Customer Relations Management (CRM) and customer service teams.
The customer service team was merged with the CRM department – led by Aigner since 2010 – earlier this year.
