32Red awarded £1.1m in trademark dispute with William Hill

UK-listed 32Red has approved a special dividend of 2.50 pence per share after the online gaming operator was awarded approximately £1.1m in costs from UK bookmaker William Hill by the High Court of Justice of England & Wales.

The announcement follows a hearing held at the High Court on 10 June, at which a costs order was granted following 32Red’s victory in a long-running trademark dispute with William Hill.
