The Hong Kong Jockey Club's (HKJC) 2017-18 racing season has reached its conclusion with total turnover rising to HK$124.2bn (£11.9bn), including a HK$16.5bn contribution from its commingling partners.
Turnover for the season, which runs from September to July, was up 5.8 per cent year-on-year, with the final race meet of the season on July 15th setting a new turnover record of HK$1.94bn for an 11-race card.
